How to Delete
1) Use the "Delete Account" button in your profile for immediate anonymization. 2) Or send a request to privacy@persimon.cafe and we will process it within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
After confirmation, your name, email, phone number, and delivery addresses are deleted or anonymized. We never store payment details; they are handled only through the payment provider.
What Remains
We may retain only anonymized order history to the extent required for accounting, tax, and other mandatory legal obligations.
Timing
Deletion through the profile button triggers immediate anonymization. Requests submitted by email are processed within up to 30 days.
